Commercial Office Space Available for Lease

Pine Grove has several rooms available to lease as commercial office space. There are five rooms available, of all roughly the same size and amenities (see below for specifics).

The pictures are for illustration of room size and condition. NONE of the office furniture or equipment pictured ARE INCLUDED (they are from a previous tenant and would be removed prior to a new lease).

We are conveniently located on Central Avenue in Colonie, NY with easy access to/from the Northway (I-87). Our location is centrally located between Albany and Schenectady. We offer off street parking as well. The rooms are located in our education building and you would be sharing parts of the building with others (church office, as well as some other church related rooms (thrift store etc.)). Bathrooms are located across the hall from the rooms on each floor.
